We’re local: We’re family-owned and local. The owners live four blocks away and are at the shop daily. We stand behind what we sell. We have been in the professional bicycle industry for many moons. Combined mechanic experience between Micki & Charles is over 30 years. We are a full service shop whether it is a tire change or suspension work we will get you back out there. 

We’re not jerks: Some shops can tend to be “bike snobby,” or just plain not help you. Whether you have an old barn find bike, “cheap” bike or higher end bike, your bike is treated just the same here. We’re not going to talk down to you or make you feel bad if you don’t know anything about bikes. We are not about that here. We love talking about bikes and we’re happy to help you find what you need to make a good choice.

We won’t pressure you: We will not try to sell you “more bike” than you need or more repairs than you need. We’ll offer you options at different price points and help you understand the difference, but we will not try to talk you into a bike or service work just because it costs more. We’ll help you find the bike or repair that makes sense for you.
